Expert ability to act as a business-focused technical liaison to elicit, document, and convert ambiguous business needs and problems into detailed functional and technical specifications and solutions. Driven to take ownership of systems and process improvements, data integrations, migrations, and reporting, and end-to-end solution implementations.
